Experience more than 19 years in Automotive Services & Spare parts and Body Works, work as a (Service Advisor, Reception Engineer, Reception Manager, Customer Support Manager, Spare parts Sales, Spare Parts Manager, Ordering Spare parts, good user of official spare parts catalogs and other manufacturers especially RENAULT dialogys, Work Shop team leader, (Service center) Quality control manager for Mechanical & body & Electric works, work shop engineer, work shop manager, hand work (Quick maintenance, suspension, breaks, Heating System, gearbox check, very good work with diagnostics tool and electrical problem solving & fix wiring problems especially for Renault cars and other features (petrol engines), finish deals with insurance companies about accidents, estimations for accident,very well know how to do full check up for a car (Mechanical & electrical & body) if selling or buying, spare parts store manager, deal with spare parts manufacturers.

более 19 лет в сфере автомобильных услуг, запасных частей, кузовных работ, работ в качестве консультанта по обслуживанию, инженера по приему, менеджера по приему, менеджера службы поддержки клиентов, продажи запасных частей, менеджера по запасным частям, заказа запасных частей, хорошего пользователя каталога официальных запчастей разных производителей, особенно RENAULT dialogys; руководитель группы Work Shop; менеджер по контролю качества в СТО по механическим, кузовным и электрическим рабам; инженер мастерской; менеджер мастерской; выполнял ручную работу по быстрому обслуживанию: подвесок, тормозных систем, систем отопления, диагностики коробок передач;

2 года работал инструктором для руководителей рабочих групп и инженеров цехов;

5 года работал инструктором по обслуживанию клиентов в приемной Renault; отлично работал с диагностическим инструментом и знал решениея электрических проблем, исправление проблем с проводкой, особенно в автомобилях Renault (бензиновые двигатели); работал со страховыми компаниями в случаях ДТП, заключал договора, делал предварительный расчет ремонта машини после ДТП;

В совершенстве знаю, как сделать полную проверку автомобиля: механика, электрика, ремонт кузова; если продать или купить авто; запчасти. В сязи с идеальным знанием английского, могу найти любую запчать заграницей на заводах производителях автозапчастей и доставить ее в любой город Украины.
